Guppy Huys Eco-Bungalow offers several spaces where adults, kids and pets can all enjoy their stay. The property-wide eco-wood deck on the oceanfront usually becomes the centre of activity. The covered stoep is where you will find the built-in braai. Enjoy the wide ocean views with a steak over the fire or play a game of chess at the table - all while listening to the gentle sound of the waves just below.

 

The indigenous garden on the oceanfront side of the bungalow is the best spot to relax if you want to catch a few rays. Image... the warm jacuzzi water bubbling away, a drink in your hand and the unspoilt view of the ocean and mountains. Few things beat that! This part of the property is fenced, which means that the kids and dogs can play without worry. Well-behaved, housetrained pets are welcome with prior arrangement.

 

The mountain-side of the property is where you'll find the boma. Small enough for a cozy evening fire with friends and family and big enough for everyone to toast some marshmallows. Watch the stars while you listen to the sounds of the night.

 

Our guests have the entire property to themselves. Our neighbours enjoy the peace and quite as much as our guests, which means Guppy Huys Eco-Bungalow is a private, peaceful place where you can slow down the pace and just breath in the fresh ocean air.

 

The private driveway accommodates two vehicles.
